How long does it take to coat my garage floor?
Most residential garage floors are finished in just one day. You can safely walk on the floor in 24 hours and park your cars on it in 48 hours.
Why do you use polyurea instead of standard epoxy?
Standard DIY epoxy gets hard and cracks under hot Florida tires. Our Simiron polyurea basecoat flexes with the concrete and bonds deep into the pores so it never peels.
Do I need to empty my garage before you arrive?
Yes, we kindly ask that you clear all items off the floor so we can properly grind the concrete. Heavy built-in cabinets or water heaters can stay, and we will coat right up to the edges.
